After writing about my roommates for weeks and weeks, I cannot help but
make my last post a contemplation on my situation. I had vast amounts of fun
recounting some of the most bizarre happenings in my life. Although a seemingly
blithe topic, living with a bunch of girls in close quarters has been an important
part of my life. My days at university have almost come to an end and I am
definitely sad. It was a fun emotional roller coaster ride that now seems too
short.
Maybe it graduation depression, but I hardly think that it will get any better than what it’s been. My blog permanently (I hope) captures the carelessness and lightheartedness that one can hardly experience once he goes out into the world to fend for himself. I hope things, don’t change much, but I am a realist not an optimist and know relationships crumble under the pressure of time, connections erode and friendships become fond memories. I hope I am wrong.
